  • QualityFabrics.pk specializes in high-quality cotton fabric products, including bed sheets, duvet cover sets, comforter sets, newborn snuggle beds, sleeping bags, and cot bedding sets.
  • We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
  • All content on QualityFabrics.pk, including images, text, and designs, is our exclusive property and cannot be copied or used without permission.

2. Orders and Payments

  • Orders are confirmed via phone before processing. Once confirmed, cancellations are not allowed as products are made on demand.
  • We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and online bank transfers.
  • Prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes.
  • QualityFabrics.pk reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order due to pricing errors, suspected fraud, or any other valid reason.

3. Shipping and Delivery

  • Delivery Time:
    • Major cities: 3 to 4 working days
    • Other areas: 5 to 6 working days
  • A flat delivery fee of PKR 200 is charged per order.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Customers must provide accurate delivery information; incorrect addresses may result in additional charges.

4. Returns, Refunds, and Exchange Policy

  • Refunds or exchanges are only applicable if the product is defective, damaged, incorrect, or incomplete at the time of delivery.
  • Customers must report issues within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp (03334076963) or email (qualityfabrics.pk@gmail.com).
  • Custom or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • The returned product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

5. Product Customization

  • We offer customization for bed sheets, cot bedding sets, and newborn sleeping bags, including name embroidery in Arabic and English.
  • Customization requests can be made through WhatsApp (03334076963).
  • Customized orders cannot be canceled, exchanged, or refunded once processed.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All images, product descriptions, logos, and website content belong to QualityFabrics.pk.
  • Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of our content is strictly prohibited.

7. Liability and Disclaimer

  • We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, but minor color variations may occur due to screen differences.
  • QualityFabrics.pk is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products.
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free website access.

8. Governing Law

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
  • Any disputes shall be resolved through mutual discussion or legal proceedings in Pakistan.
